This page explains what happens to your information when you use crewinnovation.ae. It describes what the site actually does — nothing more.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name — required
- Your email address — required, so we can reply
- Your phone number — optional
- The service you selected — required
- Your message — required
We also record the IP address the enquiry was sent from. That is attached to the email purely to help us identify spam submissions.
Where it goes
Submitting the form sends your details to info@crewinnovation.ae as a plain email. It is not added to a database, a mailing list, or a CRM, and it is not sold or shared with anyone for marketing.
The form also offers to hand your message to WhatsApp. That step only happens because you pressed send, and it opens in a separate tab so you can see and edit the message before sending it. If you use it, WhatsApp and Meta handle that message under their own privacy terms, not ours.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no visitor profiling of any kind.
Third parties your browser contacts
Our typefaces are served from this website, so loading a page no longer contacts any font service. One external request remains:
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — the animation library. It is not sent your form data, but — as with any request your browser makes — it can see your IP address. If it is unavailable the site still works; the animations simply become simpler.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as the enquiry is commercially relevant — typically while we are quoting, working with you, or supporting work we have already done.
Asking us to delete it
Email info@crewinnovation.ae and ask us to remove your enquiry. We will delete it and confirm. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, which will be the enquiry email itself.
